Ranxerox – Tete d’Aval

Con questo tempo ballerino, che prepara la montagna per la stagione autunnale, Max e io ci rechiamo nel briançonnaise per allenare gli avambracci alla verticalità. La nostra meta è la bellissima parete S della Tete d’Aval, la via Ranxerox.

Max non era mai stato in zona e non potevo non fargli assaporare lo splendido calcare di questa mitica via. L’ho già percorsa diverse volte e non mi stanco mai di ripeterla. Come mi dice Max: « è una via dalla quale puoi scendere a ogni tiro senza portarla a termine ed essere soddisfatto, talmente sono belli! »

La giornata è spaziale, il tipico cielo autunnale terso e… nessuno in parete oltre a noi! Per quanto riguarda la via in sè, diciamo che il 6a+ obbl. che danno tante relazioni è un po’ tiratino e che se uno attacca la via con il 6b/6b+ limite non si diverte molto. Comunque vale la pena allenarsi per andarla a ripetere
